Shipping and Refunds Policy

Delivery hours on Mondays-Thursdays between the hours of 10:30 and 21:00, Fridays and on the eve of holidays between 10:30 and two hours before the beginning of Shabbat and holidays.

* An order received on our website on Sundays-Thursdays until 14:00 and on Fridays until 11:00 will be delivered on the same day,
After the above time the order will be delivered on the next business day. {Unless agreed by phone at another time}

• Minimum delivery time 3 hours from the time it is received in the system.

• If you want a more flexible time, it is recommended that you call or we will update you by phone about the delivery time!

• On Fridays and on the eve of a holiday there is no commitment to the time of delivery, your order will be delivered during the day of course before the beginning of Shabbat and holidays.

* If the name of the locality to which you want to send does not exist in the system, call and we will place a telephone order for you.
