If you are not satisfied with the quality / taste of the fruit {if the product is preserved according to the instructions} the customer / recipient may replace the defective product within 4 hours of receiving the product subject to returning the defective product {excluding shipping fees} at the discretion of “Debt Fruit”.
“Lost goods” products such as fruit trays/fruit sushi and hospitality trays – will not be given the option of replacement or return.
Chocolate pralines {according to the manufacturer’s instructions should be stored at a temperature of 12/18 degrees Celsius.
